Picup is an app delegate for file uploads. It was designed because Mobile Safari doesn't have support for the file input form tag. When a user clicks the "choose file" button in a form, Picup is launched prompting them to choose and upload a file. Once file upload is complete, control is returned to the initial application (typically a web browser) with information about the upload.
