We've now implemented a scheme such that when a user taps on a link with the specified scheme, Stroll opens up with the specified location, which is also saved as a Stroll destination.

The scheme looks like this:

stroll://?latitude=&longitude=&address=

This is available since Stroll 1.2 which was released to the App Store in May 2012
