All methods take an optional "account" parameter, specified by screen name of the account holder, to have that action take place in the context of the account.  e.g.  twitter://post?message=hello%20world&account=lorenb or twitter://timeline?account=lorenb  ... assuming "lorenb" was authorized in the app.  If the account doesn't exist, it will fall back to another account if available.
