If you want to open the WallaBee app on iOS from an external application (i.e. a 3rd party app or Safari) you can use the URL scheme wallabee://. With v1.1, we have extended this to include a number of endpoints so you can jump to a specific part of the application:

  • wallabee://inbox - display the current users notification inbox
  • wallabee://items/# - view an item detail page (where # is a valid item_id)
  • wallabee://places/# - view a place detail page (where # is a valid place_id)
  • wallabee://users/# - view a users profile page (where # is a valid user_id)

If there is no logged in user, the app will open to the login screen when any of the above schemes are used. If the scheme is opened on an earlier version of WallaBee, then the app will simply open but not direct the user to a specific section.
